- To screen, match and support volunteers
- To recruit mentors and volunteers
- To develop and run new Big Brother Big Sisters Programs
- To deliver a child safety program to all children in Big Brothers Big Sisters
- To provide camping experiences for Little Brothers and Little Sisters
- To organize programs for children on the waiting list
- To sponsor activities for our members
