Make a difference today, make a pledge to Kurl for Kids!
Big Brothers Big Sisters Mazda Kurl for Kids is just around the corner! Members of our Curling Committee are working hard to ensure that the children and families we serve will benefit from another successful bonspiel and we are asking you to help us achieve this goal. You, your company, your organization or employees can enjoy the slipping and sliding of Kurl for Kids.
With the capacity of 16 teams, volunteers, sponsors and organizers supporting the Big Brothers Big Sisters Mazda Kurl for Kids, over 100 people will be directly connected with this year’s event.
There are many ways you can make a difference:
- donate a prize
- become an ice sponsor (and be recognized with a published note of thanks afterwards)
- make a pledge
- by entering a curling team (space is limited)
We had a very successful bonspiel last year, raising over $14,000. Help us aim high again this year! The funds raised will help us to serve the over 100 children currently matched with a mentor through our traditional One-to-One friendships and In-School Mentor Program. The dollars are even more critical to the over 24 girls and boys who are now waiting to share their fun with a Big Brother, Big Sister, Big Couple, Big Family or In-School Mentor. Little Brothers can often wait one to two years to get a Big Brother. You can help us change that reality.
